Five buildings consisting of 52 apartments at the new collection on 112 upscale rental homes are completed and fully rented, according to Value Companies.

Value Companies is nearing completion fort he newest residential building at The Point at Sutton Hill in Middletown. The building will contain 12 units and is expected to be complete this spring. It will join five already-completed buildings containing 52 apartments. Value Companies plans to proceed with development of the remaining 48.

Apartment owners joined together in October during National Breast Cancer Awareness month to raise more than $25,000 for the Cure Breast Cancer Foundation. More than 15 companies took part in the Apartment Owners Lease for a cure initiative.

Value Companies barely had a chance to blink before renters claimed each one of the 52 recently completed residences at The Point at Sutton Hill, the developer's upscale apartment project in Middletown, NY. The quick lease-up has prompted Value Companies to release the units in another structure scheduled to make its debut in early spring.

As the new year rolled in, the days when landlords routinely offered one month's free rent on a one-year lease began to fade out - if they weren't gone already. Rental building occupancy now averages well above 90 percent in all types of settings, according to landlords and brokers, who feel less of a need to offer tenant concessions.

Dorchester Manor, a rental community located at 195 Dilworth Road, is nearing a complete lease-up of its 200 apartments just three months after Value Asset Management (VAM) was retained by the property's owners to direct the management, leasing, operations and marketing.

The New Jersey Apartment Association presented its 17th annual Garden State Awards at the Hyatt Regency - New Brunswick on October 21st. Value Companies took home four awards for three properties during the annual gala which honors the state's most exceptional residential apartment management companies and professionals.
